INGREDIENTS:
Maida-2 cups(all purpose flour)
Sour curd-1 cup
Onion- 2(chopped)
Coconut-2 tbsp(Grated) (Optional)
Curry leaves-1 string
Green chillis-5
Baking soda-a pinch
Salt-to taste
Oil-for deep frying
PREPARATION:
- Make a thick paste of maida and sour curd without using water.
- Mix it well and keep it aside for 3-4 hours.
- Now add all the ingredients in it and mix well.
- Take some dough (lemon size), put it in the hot oil and deep fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
