INGREDIENTS:
Spinach - 1 bunch
Green chillis - 3
Red chillis - 2
Onion - 1
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - 3 flakes
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Urad dal 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
PREPARATION:
- Heat oil in a pan, add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard, red chilli, green chilli, and garlic flakes.
- When mustard spluter, add chopped onions, turmeric and salt.
- When onions turn goldren brown, add chopped spinach and mix well.
- Let it cook till spinach become soft.
- If spinach is soft, add chilli powder and turn off the stove.
- Serve with rice, or chapathi, roti.
